I once purchased and downloaded a Helix guitar patch, only to feel like I had wasted my money. The patch was supposed to give me a country guitar rig, and while it had a good base sound to it, the patch felt very incomplete. I decided to take a look inside of what made the patch “tick”, and then using that structure, began to tweak it... making changes, adding effects, creating a map, creating snapshots. The result is a whole new patch that I’ve titled “NASHVEGAS”. If you’re looking to play some country guitar tones with an edge, I see this patch as a great option.
